KYC Verification At BetBolt
BetBolt runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, address, and payment method. The site requests verification when you open an account, before the first withdrawal, after large deposits or winnings, when payment details change, or when account activity triggers a fraud or duplicate-account review.
- Identity (ID/Passport): BetBolt accepts a passport or national ID card, and in some cases a driving licence. The document must be valid, show your full name and date of birth, and be uploaded as a clear colour photo (all four corners visible, no glare, no edits). If BetBolt asks for a selfie check, you submit a live selfie or a selfie holding the ID to match the document photo.
- Address proof: BetBolt asks for a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and current residential address. Typical options are a utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill, or an official government letter. Screenshots and cropped files fail more often than full-page PDFs or photos that include the full document.
- Payment method: BetBolt verifies the method used for deposits and withdrawals. For cards, you upload the front and back and mask the middle digits (show the first 6 and last 4) and cover the CVV; the cardholder name and expiry date must stay visible. For e-wallets, BetBolt requests a statement or account page showing your name and the wallet ID/email. For bank transfers, it asks for a bank statement or a document showing your name and IBAN/account number.
Most checks finish within 15 minutes to 24 hours after you upload readable files. Manual reviews take 1–3 business days when images are unclear, details don’t match your account, or the payments team requests extra proof.
Right now, BetBolt uses a standard three-step KYC flow (ID, address, payment method) and applies it mainly at withdrawal or when account activity changes.
